The Orchards Launched

Federation Design have produced the marketing campaign for Yellow Fishes latest project; The Orchards located in Clifton, Bedfordshire. The brief entailed creating a web presence as well as a print run of brochure that would be distributed to a local estate agent network. Computer generated images were also commissioned, these include an exterior, a living area/kitchen and family bathroom.

There were many facets to this project and it was kicked off by the client supplying the digital copy of the plans, plus a detailed specification list. The renders take a few weeks to complete and once these where approaching sign-off, the brochure and logo idea were submitted to the client. This ensured the CGI's and the brochure were finished at the same time as of course the CGi's were the main focus of the brochure.  A small print run was commissioned, which took 7 days from submission of the print ready artwork to the delivery at the clients business address. The last consideration was whether to produce a micro-site or a landing page as the web presence. After some deliberation with the client, a landing page was decided as the best option as the real job of the web presence was to generate warm leads.

The projects run time was 33 days from the quoting to the brochures being delivered and website switched live. Federation and Yellow Fish have already started work on the next project which is a small development of eco houses in Shawditch, London. Watch this space for more information.
