Garth Close CGI Set Released
Federation has delivered their latest CGI brief for TJK contracts. The 2 image set was created from the digital plans supplied by the client. The 2 unit small scale development is located in Sevenoaks in Kent. A topdown plan was provided by the client as the plots are located on a gradient. This meant the drive ways and gardens had to be landscaped as per the detailed architectural plans.
A detailed specification list was supplied by the client where federation referenced to ensure all aspects of the image were as per the plans. Both images took about a week to complete from start to finish with high, low and screen copies being supplied to the client.
