Federation Plants 100th Tree

Deforestation and climate change are intimately connected: Globally, deforestation releases nearly 2 billion tons of carbon dioxide per year, and is responsible for nearly 25 percent of man-made CO2 emissions. The destruction of the world's forests not only harms the communities that depend on them, but affects us all. In late 2009 Federation started there own eco effort and have now reached their first milestone.

Now 100 trees have been planted with Federation Designs eco partner, Trees for the Future. As part of our eviromental program Federation has been planting 1 tree for every project completed. We plan to plant a lot more in the remainder of 2010. We also try to get our clients involved whenever we can by either donanting or setting up an eco program of there very own. The Federation Design Campany has also now faciliitated the planting of nearly 400 trees through their clients base.
